We are pleased to accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of shipment from houseasta.com. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must remain unwashed and unworn, with the original tags still attached. Please be aware that original shipping costs (and any applicable duties) are non-refundable. Currently, we do not offer exchanges; therefore, please ensure you double-check the size and color of your purchase. Should an exchange be necessary, return the item first and then place a new order after your refund has been processed.

Unused items in their original packaging, with all tags intact, are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

What items are non-refundable?

Used, washed, or worn gear
What if the item I received is damaged?

Can the item be exchanged?
Exchanges are currently unavailable; therefore, please ensure to check the size and color carefully before making your purchase. If an exchange is needed, return the item first and submit a new order after receiving the refund.

How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. If the item fails to meet our damage, wash, and wear standards, the refund may be denied.
